As a solo, first-time buyer, I had a really positive experience with John Dallas Estate Agents. They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. Thank you, John Dallas team (namely John, Tom and Tom), for securing us a speedy sale - we got several offers within ten days of listing. We previously bought our home through John Dallas as well. Our experience as sellers, as well as as buyers, was much the same. We found the team to be friendly, honest and knowledgeable. We felt well advised but equally listened to and respected. If you are considering selling a property in the local area, you should definitely consider doing so through a local independent. Honestly could not think of a better estate agent. Just bought my first home and they have honestly gone above and beyond - great communicators, explain buying process - which is so refreshing for a first-time buyer - and really supportive and caring. I cant recommend John Dallas Estate agents highly enough. A family business who sold me my first property about 18 years ago and subsequently sold it for me today. I also used their rental services during this time and having never been a landlord before there was a lot to learn but John has been amazing at every point from sharing his years of knowledge to recommending trades men for all kinds of services. He's always just been a phone call away and nothing has ever felt like too much bother. His colleagues Tom & Tom also deserve a mention, both came across as extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. If you're looking for an estate agent to look after you then you won't go wrong with using John Dallas.
